RTE'de görevde olduğu 1965 - 2000 yılları arasında 29 Eurovision şarkısına imzasını atan; yönettiği 5 şarkı ile Eurovision zaferine ulaşan; İrlanda'nın en başarılı Orkestra şeflerinden ve Müzik direktörlerinden Noel Kelehan; 76 yaşında hayatını kaybetti.
